📦 My order is delayed or hasn’t arrived

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after production. If the delivery has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact our customer service. In rare cases, delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or logistical circumstances.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, a free replacement or refund will of course be provided. In accordance with German and EU law, orders may be returned within 14 days without stating a reason. As all products are made individually to order, free exchanges for incorrect size or change of mind are unfortunately not possible. Upon request, a replacement item can be provided at cost (production + shipping); the original item remains with the customer.

Within Germany, shipping is carried out exclusively via DHL to ensure reliable and timely delivery. For international orders, shipping may be handled by DHL or other established logistics partners, depending on the destination country.
